By scheduling or paying for coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

   • Any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching are entirely your responsibility.

2. Coaching Scope:

   • Coaching is a comprehensive process focused on personal development and may involve discussions about career, health, relationships, and well-being.

   • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional advice from medical, legal, financial, or other qualified professionals.

   • If you have a psychiatric condition or complex trauma, confirm with a mental health professional that coaching is appropriate for you before proceeding.

3. Suitability:

   • Coaching is intended for individuals who are mentally healthy and functioning. It is not designed for those in acute distress or experiencing severe mental health challenges.

3. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all coaching sessions, except in the following circumstances:

• You provide written consent to share specific information.

• Disclosure is required by law.

• You disclose plans to harm yourself or others.

4. Technology Risks

We use electronic communication tools such as email, text, and Zoom. While we take reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality, you acknowledge that the use of technology is not always secure and accept these risks.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms:

   • All payments must be made in advance of services.

2. Refunds for Prepaid Sessions:

   • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

   • Refunds for unused prepaid sessions will be issued at a rate of $50 per session. Refunds may differ from the original package rate.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate behavior or misconduct.

• Misalignment between coaching and client needs.

• Excessive swearing, unprofessionalism, or violations of these Terms.
  If we determine that your needs would be better served by another professional, we may refer you accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Jenn Michelle. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without express written consent.
